ウエディング・クラッシャーズ
12日(水) 今日はWOWOWで放送されていた映画『ウエディング・クラッシャーズ』(2005 米) を観ました。
離婚調停人を仕事とする独身男性のコンビ、ジョン(オーウェン･ウィルソン)とジェレミー(ヴィンス･ヴォーン)。
２人は呼ばれてもいない結婚式に紛れ込んでは大騒ぎし、ついでに参列者の女性をナンパするのが趣味。
財務長官クリアリー(クリストファー･ウォーケン)の長女の結婚式に潜り込んだ２人は、ジェレミーが同家の末娘グロリア(イーラ･フィッシャー)を、ジョンは次女クレア(レイチェル･マクアダムス)を気に入ってマーク。
だが、ジェレミーは相手に気に入られすぎ、一方、ジョンは彼氏がいるクレアがガードが固いというように両者思うように行かず……。
2005年の全米映画界で第６位の興収２億900万ドルを記録したが、日本では劇場未公開という幻の話題作。
コメディ系スターの一派、“フラット･パック”の一端を担うオーウェン･ウィルソン(「ナイト ミュージアム」) とヴィンス･ヴォーン(「ドッジボール」) が扮するのは赤の他人の結婚式でハメを外す“ウエディング･クラッシャー”たち。
『きみに読む物語』の美人女優レイチェル･マクアダムスなど、競演陣も魅力的。
オーウェン･ウィルソンの出演する映画は結構お気に入りです。鼻の曲がったところ可愛いからかな。
レイチェル･マクアダムスも可愛くて，楽しい映画でした。
